Billing ​

In the billing tab you get to see a history of all the payments you have made to the platform. In case you have any invoices, this is where you will be able to pay them.

You are also able to see how long you have before your package expires.

You will receive an invoice for renewing the subscription 5 days before expiry of the current subscription. Payment will add 31 more days to your current number of days remaining.

Once your subscription expires, your store front will no longer be visible. Payment of the renewal fee after expiration will simply add 31 days to your validity period. There are no penalties for late payment or expired subscriptions.

However, if you fail to renew your subscription for over a year, we do not guarantee that your store data will still be available.
