Order Management
In this tab you will be able to track and manage your orders. The orders are grouped into different categories for easy tracking and management.

All the items bought in a single order are classified together. You can track the progress of each order item individually. This progress will be visible to the customer as well.
With each order you get the contact information of the client for you to make any follow up or provide after sale services. You are also able to see their selected pick-up location.
Note
You also get the total amount for the order and the payment code provided by the customer. We do not track payments for you. This means that you are responsible for confirming that the amount and payment code match before dispatching the ordered goods. If there are any inconsistencies you can confirm the issue with the client since you have their phone number.
An order will only move to the next stage if all order items are in that stage. For example, if the customer ordered 2 items and one is marked as delivered while the other is still in packaging; the order will be in the packaging/pending category.
