Promotion Tags ​

In the promotions tab you can add promotional information. For example if you have a ‘15% discount on goods above Ksh. 1000’ or you are offering ‘Free delivery within Nairobi’ or even ‘Christmas Offer. 20% Off’. You can add two promotion tags at a time. You can add and delete them at any time.

Video Promotion ​

Here you can add a video that supports or offers more information about your store or a product you sell. For example if you have a client testimonial, a descriptive video that explains or promotes a product that you have; you can set it here as a link and it will be visible on the home page of your store.

This feature only accepts YouTube videos but the video doesn’t need to be your own. However, if you have your own YouTube channel it can be complementary.

The YouTube video link needs to be in this format

The video id in this case would be tgbNymZ7vqY. In normal YouTube video watch links you can get the id from the url bar for example

You can extract the video id from the above link. In this case, the video id is 96IYp_VmS_E
